Important mission, good benefits, caring culture, autonomy, growth opportunities. My team leader was there for me during a family health crisis. A place I want my kids to work and my parents to be taken care at.

Below market pay- by about 40% Management needs to attend leadership and communication courses- sad they are even titled “ managers” No clue how to run a sales team No CRM!?!? In 2024?!?! Get with the times Micro management is used selectively for those that they do not like or may actually know more than them Entirely racist and leaders apply rules unfairly, ensuring their clique gets recognition regardless if they are doing well Onboarding is a joke Most toxic environment I have worked in

There are no pros to share.

- Management occasionally speak of/ at other employees with disrespect, creating a hostile work environment - Unclear road to career growth and promotion - Many employees don't have 'Corporate Etiquette' in-person or via email - Toxic behavior is excused for the amount of output - There is clear nepotism - This place is the opposite of a supportive environment - Team members gossip about each other in front of others - They are unprepared even when it's fully staffed - it feels like people are working outside of their roles

Purpose driven with a genuine heart to help vulnerable seniors. Great place to grow. Lots of opportunities to add skills on your resume.

Plans for company structure can be changed quickly, making it hard to predict the company’s future.

I am so grateful for the growth this company has and shows its employees

Would like to have more healthcare options for employees outside of California
