The other engineers on the team were exceptional. Our QA was exceptional/

NONE. I mean it. Didn't find any cons so far.

- Flexible hours - Great coworkers - Pretty good in-person opportunities to meet others

- Rate increases are very low, it now takes more than a year to be able to ask for a review and changes in your responsabilities are no longer taken into account - No paid time off - Job promotions don't necessarily mean the expected rate increase (if you get a promotion at all)
