      Pros

      The hiring process is absolutely insane. I was accepted and then they told me will get back to you. They never did and they kept opening new positions and my recruiter stopped replying. It doesn’t make any sense

      Cons

      Avoid at all cost. They won’t reply to you at all. They wasted my time for no reason

      Terrible training, zero help securing a role after training period, they completely ignore you. Utter waste of time.

      Onboarding process taking huge time

      Mthree peovides high quality training and placement opportunities to work with MNC. everything seems Best. Good Place to work with, their clients are big Companies. Recruitment process was conducted in good manner. Just worried about placement opportunity.

      I am selected for Software Engineer post and currently in vetted pool, mostly location will be Mumbai. Since, I have received offer letter in August 2024, now in the end of November. As the process is taking loads of time, we are worried. One needs a good patience to grab this wonderful opportunity. and one thing I heard is due to cost cutting they may kick you, No idea about this information. But it would be better if Mthree resolves my issue!!!

      Pros

      I got to work at JPMC (on-site) after the internship of 3 months. After an year based on the performance got an offer from JPMC as full time employee. They give you multiple chances to get interviewed in the Banks/other companies for different roles such as Full stack software engineer, front end software engineer, etc.

      Cons

      It's possible for someone the time taken in the interview process could take upto 2 months based on performance or rejection. For me I got selected in the 1st interview with JPMC but it took approx. 3 weeks before I got interviewed.

      Opportunity to work with major firms, but privacy concerns arise

      Cons

      Strong concern around data privacy and hiring governance. The company application process asks candidates to provide full Aadhaar details at the initial application stage itself, even before any meaningful engagement or interview process. This felt excessive, unnecessary, and poorly aligned with modern data privacy expectations. Sensitive identity information like Aadhaar should ideally only be collected at the onboarding or statutory compliance stage after an offer is made, not during basic job applications. Many professional organisations provide alternate ID options or defer such requests until later in the process. For a company handling candidate data, this raises questions around internal governance, data security awareness, and candidate trust.

      Mthree Selection Journey: Clear Rounds and Positive Vibes

      Lack of clarity on the training start date and offer letter timeline. Short technical interview duration (only ~15 mins), which may not fully assess technical depth. No option to choose client or specific project during selection.
