I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at @hotel in Apr 2023
Interview
I can hardly say that there was a "Process". I had my first interview with the head of the department who has zero experience with operations or managing a team or even working in any customer-facing role prior to being a head of a department. I was accepted, then i received the proposal along with the contract, then i have been informed that there will be another call with the COO, which will be just a friendly chat. At the end of the second call, the COO has asked me if i have any questions regarding the job or if there is anything unclear, i said no and he kept asking the same question 4 times "while i already had discussed everything with the head" but a question popped up and i asked him to clarify regarding the paid leave balance as it is unclear even in the agreement, he decided to explain it to me. However, none of what he said made sense and then he said that the HR knows better and can explain this to me later on. after that i found out that his feedback on me was that all i cared about was the time-off and it seemed to him like this is all i care about and it would be that i wouldn't be able to wait till i finish my time and to log out. Since when is asking about your rights is wrong!
