Interview
It was nice but somewhat tricky. I must say that it was my first interview i ever had attended. I cleared the first round which was an essay writing but at the last I was rejected during the second round which was a virtual interview.
Good and easy to crack the interview and assessment and the joining process is also positive and good company for the people to grow in the customer service representatives and good reviews and better opportunity to grow your career in this company

**Interview Process Overview**
The interview process was structured, engaging, and provided a clear insight into the organization's values and expectations. It consisted of multiple stages, starting with an initial screening round conducted by the HR team. This round primarily focused on understanding my background, qualifications, and interest in the role.
Following the screening, I participated in a technical round where I was asked to solve problem statements relevant to the position. The panel members were knowledgeable and ensured the discussion was constructive and insightful.
The next stage involved a situational and behavioral interview, where I was assessed on my ability to handle challenges, work collaboratively, and demonstrate leadership qualities. This round also gave me an opportunity to highlight my skills and past experiences that align with the job requirements.
Lastly, a final discussion with senior management provided a platform to understand the company's vision and culture better. The feedback and clarity provided throughout the process were commendable, and I appreciated the transparency in communication.
Overall, the experience was highly professional and left me with a positive impression of the organization.
