Interview
The interview process was overall really chill, an initial phone interview was conducted by marketing manager Nick Mercandante, where he basically gauged what kind of person you are. After the initial phone interview, you're progressed onto in person interviews where you're told what the position entails and asks you questions about the online communities you are involved with within various automotive enthusiast forums and your experiences with that.
