      Customer Service Representative Interview

      14 Mar 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Canton, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 1-800-Busy Dog (Canton, MA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

Excellent Interview. Asked and answered the usual kind of questions. Manager was very nice and didn't simply read my resume. Very comfortable time. Well worth the effort and I got the position and happy being there. Relaxed environment with new management.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Wanted to know who I really was and not what I have done in my past. Wanted to explain why I wanted the job and how much I wanted to work for his company.
