Approached the front desk and told them about my interview. They call whoever HR representative is conducting the interview and, usually if you're early, ask you to have a seat. Reception also offer you some coffee/water as a complimentary measure to calm you down. HR reps come, greet you and take you to a small, intimate room. I had two people from HR, one individual taking notes and the other asking me the questions. you proceed with generic interview questions - it would probably be to your advantage if you knew some history about the company. And be personable. Afterwards, they send you on your way and if you pass - usually call you around 2-4 days. All in all, the interview was extremely easy and laid back.

Easy - meet with HR, then a manager and get offer. Started training a week from there then 3 weeks of that to on the phones - not enough phone training
