Interview
Fairly easy they hire anyone from former drug addicts to gang members to college students. They prefer anyone with a clean and valid drivers license. They wont even hire you if you have no license unless you were referred by an reputable employee. Its just one interview with a manager and the following interview is with the GM or franchise partner.
Phone and in person interview with the HR manager. Offered a job on the spot. Easy interview with not many questions. They just tell you what the job is. Nice interviewers.

Group interview. You scan a code and put your application in again! Total joke turns out to be 10 a hrs and 4 days off are spilt up. They claim you will make tips. Who's going to tip. They did warn about the intense hrs and touched base on the labour. No mention of moving up. Few people walked out at the 10 dollar pay, I should have been one to do so.

Awesome interview process. Extremely quick to respond, set up an an interview and make a decision on hiring. I was able to meet the team prior to joining and everyone did exactly what they said they were going to do.
