I applied online. I interviewed at 1 & 1 Mail & Media
Interview
I got an interview invitation after 3 weeks of submitting the application.
The first interview was with the head of mobile team, it was a good interview to check your experience, and it had fairly easy code questions that I guess to check if you know your skills comfortably.
After a week, I got invited to a second technical interview, with two senior developers. It included a fairly easy DS question and make an app live. I was requested to solve a couple of unfamiliar programming tasks while coding to check how you would google and solve it. Nothing too hard and I did fair enough I guess.
They told me a feedback would be given fairly quickly but I had to wait for 10 days before I made a query email about my status. In the next early morning I got a template rejection email with no feedback at all which was a bit disappointing due to the progress at then.

Live app coding in the second interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 1 & 1 Mail & Media (Berlin) in Mar 2024
Interview
I interviewed for a mobile developer position, and the process was very clear from the beginning.
The interviewer were calm, they make you feel comfortable during the process.
During the first technical interview, you speak with a manager and a team lead, they ask you some general questions about your day-to-day work. Some questions were more intricate, but I felt I did fairly well, and they gave me this feedback as well.
Then they invite you to the second technical interview, where you are supposed to solve a medium/easy algorithmic problem. I did fairly well and then we continued with a live coding activity that lasts for around an hour. In overall I felt I did well, and it seemed everything was also felt that way from their side, as they offered passing to the last stage, the cultural interview with your future manager and an HR manager as well.
During this interview the vibe was also calmed, but it seemed we just didn't make the click, I felt the company culture was not inline with what I'm searching.
It seems they figured this, and decided to send a rejection email after this interview.
