Interview
3 rounds of interviews, starting with a screening call with the HR manager and then 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. This took about 1.5 months. At this point I received an email from the HR manager that round 3 interviews would be paused due to "internal developments." 3 weeks later, I received another email stating that the hiring process had been cancelled with no further information. There was an overall lack of communication from HR, and little clarity about the process.

Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews - 30 min with HR for very general questions, 40min with hiring manager, and 50 min with panel of 5 people across departments. The interview process moved rapidly. I had all 3 interviews within a week and a half. After the final one, they gave a specific date when they'd follow up, but I didn't hear anything from them until two weeks after that date. I received a very generic rejection email, which was disappointing as I had put a lot of effort into the final interview scenario question.

Question 1
What is one challenge you'll face in this role that you are excited for?
In the final interview, they gave a detailed scenario, which was integrating Hopin with their Salesforce. I had to answer: What steps will you have to take to establish the integration? What else do you need to know about our current Salesforce ecosystem? Once the integration is established, what types of data might need to be created via automation?
