Interview
What interview? Scheduled interview arrived 10 mins early no one there to greet you so I sat amongst 3 others two with appts at 10:30 and one with appt at 10:15 and they were all called back before me! After an hour and a half I left! From what I learned is this is for direct tv standing in stores and signing people up! They quote $55k on their interview email but heard that it's only 15k

Interview
The interview was very thorough and personalized. In Houston, I've run into a lot of interviews with the group atmosphere and found them to be sketchy and very "people mill". I applied online and waited 48 hours, like their ad suggested, for a response. I came in for my sit down interview after speaking with several women from their HR team to schedule and confirm a time that would fit my schedule. They were very professional and surprisingly friendly. While waiting to meet with the hiring manager, their admin greeted me with a friendly demeanor that was very natural and genuine. She had me complete a questionnaire to turn in with my resume for the hiring manager to review before our meeting. You can tell they have a system of doing things efficiently my wait time was very minimal. When I was called back, he was very clean cut and well dressed; firm handshake - factors I take into account when first meeting with anyone. The hiring manager is a very confident man whom you can tell right away knows exactly what he's looking for; but isn't intimidating. He's a sharp business man and from his questions and his ability to communicate, it was clear to see he's seeking the same in those he chooses to work with and develop in his office.
There are a series of interviews you go through to make sure you understand fully what their mission is. Over the course of 2 or 3 days (depending your availability), they will offer you a position if they feel you are right for it. I can honestly say, out of all the people I met in the waiting room for the initial interview, as well as those who were waiting during my 2nd round, they don't hire unless they are absolutely sure you have the personality for it. But DON'T let this intimidate you. During my training process, I met with their sales teams and managers and they have a very eclectic room of people with the same authentic desire to care about people. Everyone is incredibly helpful and outgoing to make sure you're taken care of during your initial process. They know how to hold your hand before letting you fly!

Question 1
He focused a lot on my goals; both personally and professionally. You can tell he's not looking to hire just anyone. He's seeking the inspirational candidates that are committed to personal growth and looking for a mutually beneficial situation.

Interview
Lynn sat me down and was very kind. It seemed she truly cared. She asked about my past careers. I had a lot of sales and management background, so the career opportunity fit me perfect. She ended the interview and sent me on a second round interview to see the nuts and bolts of what it is we do.
