I had four interviews (one phone screening, one with the manager of the role, and two with various team members) and then got ghosted. Overall, the process was easy enough with team members primarily asking about my experience and a few situational questions.

3- stage process, plus quite simplistic HR interview on top, Creative task on a final round, no feedback provided after the whole process. Interviewed by senior staff who were very open about their process and clients, however they had no interest or time to give me feedback after all the time spent applying and prepping task.
