Very easy going but intentional. It's clear 1904labs values the person first. I interviewed with the practice director, and mid/senior-level designers. Overall, everyone was very friendly, open, and helpful. Each interview was 30 minutes to an hour long, and we spoke on previous experiences, skills, thought process, and personal ways of working.
