Very good process. Had a good length phone call on what I was looking for out of the opportunity, followed by a Zoom technical interview that was less stressful than many.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 1904Labs
Interview
First there was a phone screening with a recruiter. Then, a technical interview with one of the senior members. I was told they intended to hire me but didn't have any available positions at the moment. I communicated with a recruiter for a few months but was eventually ghosted. I thought this might have been a fluke but several of the most brilliant people I know have had similar experiences since then.
Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our interview process. As an organization we do our best to set expectations with candidates, especially during interesting times like now with Covid. It has changed the interview landscape quite a bit. I'd be delighted to learn more from you as we are always looking to improve. Please reach out to me at careers@1904labs.com to speak further.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 1904Labs (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2017
