What will you do if see your fellow colleagues maltreating a service user?

Interview
The interview was conducted over the phone, it was a good interview as the person I was talking to was friendly and there wasn't the normal awkward gaps. There were alot of questions however these were reasonable normal given the role.
There interview took around an hour or so to complete.
