I had one phone call with HR and then virtual interview with director/manager who asks scenario based questions rather than general questions. This took about two weeks for the process in total.

Describe the difference between articulation and phonological errors.
Friendly and thorough. They interviewers were kind, patient, understanding and accommodating. There were a series of clinical and behavioural questions a well as general questions. The nature of the role was explained.
Quick scheduling of interview. The interview consisted of a few members of the team asking questions pertinent to their role (i.e., there was an SLP asking clinical questions). Around 1 hour in length.
