I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 23.5 Degrees (York, England) in July 2023
Interview
Very informal. Which made for a comfortable experience. A laid back conversation was followed a week later by a SWOT analysis. Presented via zoom to a panel of 2 which was followed by a series of questions based on the presentation.
