23XI Racing interview questions

There was a phone call, and two interviews. I think it was going great, up until the last interview. The interviewer overshared, stating that they hadn't responded to one of their employees via email in a week, and that they are overly busy with difficulty communicating effectively. Most of the interview was spent by the interviewer venting the problems they had on their plate, and repeatedly sharing how little time they have for anything but their own work. There was a sense of overly-stressed management with little to no patience. I was also never given any indication of the compensation range, and when I approached the subject I was told, "That is not a part of my job and I don't know, contact HR". At this point the interview could not have ended any sooner, so I checked out. I wouldn't have accepted this position, but the best of luck to whomever does.
