First round was with Hr does basic screening, then there is one round of interview with hiring manager, its a sales job basically with no salary.. Nicely disguised as digital marketing services.. Only commission!!

Interview
There were two rounds of interview. In the first one, one manager will ask you some basic questions. In the second one, a manager will take you on a field trip to test your skills and passion for sales job.

Interview
It is a 30-minutes interview. I only go through first round interview, and don't think I need to attend the second round. Because it is not what I want for a marketing associate. Actually, they want to hire people for door to door sale, and I personally prefer work at office. Besides, it is 100% commission based, which I will feel a lot of pressure for feeding myself. If you do not want to be a sales man, then you don't need to make an interview with them.
