Interview
The interview process consists of 2 interviews if i remember correctly. The first you come in to take an assessment and then if you pass they call you in to speak with you directly . This is where they choose your LOB or Line of Business . I was chosen for Netflix . It is most likely different for whatever LOB you are chosen for , but in my second interview we were tasked to be as creative as possible . they give you a very silly mock phone call , completely unrelated to anything , and want to see if you can think on your toes and be yourself. It was honestly a very fun process.

Question 1
My scenario was that a man had bought a trampoline that had a hover feature and he had gotten caught in the atmosphere and couldn't get down.

I only got asked one question and they were like your hired. And then the lady told me her husband was an alcoholic which kind of set me off. That was very unprofessional of her and really don’t appreciate the way she took out on things.

Did a grammar test, typing test, and a test to see how well you do with detail. Waiting in a small room for an interview. Your availability is what determines what account you'll be interviewed for. As 24-7 intouch is a vendor site for multiple businesses.

Interview
Application, Testing, 1:1 interview, Follow-up interview & live interactive test (role play). The initial interview included computer based testing for typing speed and accuracy, understanding of grammar, and customer service acumen. Phase 2, second day, involved live role play in a group setting with all applicants (for us there were 11 applicants with two HR representatives).
