They had it at a work Center. You had to take a grammar and typing test. After thatThey bring you in one at a time and told you what the job was about and if you're interested and said yes you went into another waiting room. Someone came out and gave a presentation of the job to a group of you. Then you fill out an application on the computer and the manager comes in and says everybody got the job congratulations you start on Monday.

I only got asked one question and they were like your hired. And then the lady told me her husband was an alcoholic which kind of set me off. That was very unprofessional of her and really don’t appreciate the way she took out on things.

Interview
Application, Testing, 1:1 interview, Follow-up interview & live interactive test (role play). The initial interview included computer based testing for typing speed and accuracy, understanding of grammar, and customer service acumen. Phase 2, second day, involved live role play in a group setting with all applicants (for us there were 11 applicants with two HR representatives).
