Quick interview with questions relating to the job and writing abilities. Then another follow up interview with a Team Lead. It was pretty easy honestly. Wish that they got to me faster in the waiting room though. I waited for a long time.

The experience was very unprofessional. The recruiter phone call was very poor quality full of static and was from a foreign-sounding person. Right away that should have been a red flag. The recruiter mentioned going into the office for an assessment. I know from experience places that do assessments like to schedule you to come back to an interview at a later date which is a waste of time. After having my fears assuaged I went to the interview and found out the recruiter had issued me false promises about that and other concerns I had. What's more, the people at the Aurora office were rude and actually tried to cancel my whole appointment after I explained to them I had scheduled a same day interview. They finally relented to do an assessment only, but I had seen enough to know this place was unprofessional. The entire place had a temp agency feel and was full of other candidates who were dressed in sweats pants and other casual attire. Don't bother, the traffic to get to Aurora is terrible and the pay and people are a joke.
