Interview
Started with a phone interview into a physical interview on site with management present. General progression was not very structured, more of a free-flowing conversation with open ended questions. Focus on cultural fit and past successes.
Three part interview process that was more informal. Very friendly company with a good eye for figuring out what they are looking for. It was a pretty straight forward process of trying to get to know you more and see where you might fit in the roles.
