I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at 2U in June 2018
Interview
I got one phone interview where I was bullied into giving a salary number even though I wasn't comfortable doing so, then I was told I would get an email with a better job description, that I was great fit for several teams and would cc'd on an email to all departments to get an in person interview. This never happened. I followed up at appropriate times and never got anything back. I felt basically ghosted. They have several postings for this job, so several are available and one posted yesterday and today, 58 days later I get a rejection saying I didn't meet the requirements even though I will exceeded them. I really don't get. This just seems ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I'm very disappointed.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at 2U (Lanham, MD) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had an original phone screen with the recruiter, my resume was shared with the hiring manager and I had a phone interview with him. I had in-person interviews with the brand manager for the university I would be working on, along with 2 directors and a senior brand manager.
