Phone screen with Recruiter (Alexis). I absolutely loved my interview with Alexis - she is warm, engaging and curious and truly captured the spirit of the 2U team and values.

All interviewers came prepared with questions and took thorough notes. It was clear how much they care about the interview process and candidate experience.

Tell me about a time you had to work in a team.
Two interviews - one with the head of the department and another manager within it. Questions made sense to the role and to company culture fit and the recruiters were friendly. They shared information about the role as well.

What is a previous role that prepared you for this one?
I had a really positive experience with the recruiter and hiring manager I connected with. Both times, during the interviews, they shared I'd be moving to the next round. Unfortunately I was ghosted and have not heard from them since.
