I interviewed at 3 Ball Productions (Manhattan Beach, CA)
Interview
Very casual, more word of mouth than formal interview. Was asked to show previous work and then had a conversation with the Executive Producer. The EP has final say on their show, and can basically get you in or out based on your relationship (and obviously experience).

Question 1
What shows have you worked on before? And in what role?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 3 Ball Productions (Redondo Beach, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
This interview was a standard phone interview. I was asked details about the previous experience I had on my resume. The producer who hired me spent most of the time talking about what he was doing in the field and what would be expected of me if I took the position. The production schedule described in the interview was nothing like the deadlines and time crunch I had to meet when I started the job. The interview was the only communication I got from the producer who hired me about how to hit the ground running. Luckily I took notes on what they wanted because when I started I was on my own.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 3 Ball Productions

You really have to be recommended by someone that works there to get in, but sometimes you can get lucky and get hired from an interview.
i didn't really even interview as they knew my work from having worked with me previously on other projects.
