33Across Ad Operations Manager interview questions

I had a telephone call with the head of HR or the talent acquisitions. We had a great conversation and I felt that I had really made a good impression. However, the second interview was with a guy who would be the manager for me based in Chicago using a video meeting. This did not work the connection was terrible and the interviewer completely inexperienced and just seemed bored throughout the entire meeting. He was doing anything other than looking at the screen. This was after the technical problems had been resolved. Also nothing in the job spec asked about having great JavaScript knowledge as such a major requirement. As soon as I said I had no JavaScript experience but would start learning it they seemed uninterested as a whole. I also never heard back from them didn't get any feedback or anything terrible really.
