Had a good interview, asked about rotations and experience. If I was comfortable with manual therapy. Asked if I knew of the changes that were happening. Good luck to you!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 360 Physical Therapy
Interview
I tried to get a skype interview since I was moving from out of state, but that wasn't possible unfortunately. I did keep in email contact with hiring manager though.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 360 Physical Therapy (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was done over the phone first, then I was brought in to do a "ride along" with the director of marketing so I could be sure I understood the daily routine and what I would be doing, what was expected of me. From there, they called and offered me the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Spoke to me about my past jobs and how they related to the position I was interviewing for. Spoke about my salary requirements, what was expected of me at the job and a typical day in the life.
Out on the ride along, the job was explained to me in detail from the first thing you do in the morning, making your route for the day, going to offices, i was able to ask questions as we got back in the car and everything was gone over through the entire step by step process. I was able to spend time asking questions personally and professionally to ensure I would get along with the people I was working with.
