      Interview

      Clear communication and structure of the recruiting process. First a call with a recruiter, then with the team lead. Afterwards, a case study and two more interviews would have followed. The process is quite long, so I dropped out because I got another offer already (even though I did like 360!).

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 360Learning in July 2025

      Interview

      I was approached on LinkedIn and booked a phone call with the TA. I was asked standard interview questions which was fine. At the end, it was clear to me I wasn't gonna progress to the next stage. The interviewer wasn't interested, didn't give me the opportunity to ask any questions and it really felt like she wanted to end that call as quickly as possible

      1 entretien oral avec la Talent Acquisition 1 entretien physique avec deux personnes du service de CSM Je n'ai jamais eu de retours pour comprendre le refus de ma candidature. Après avoir demandé à deux reprises, la talent acquisition ne m'a jamais répondu. C'est dommage car c'est la vitrine de l'entreprise et qu'elle représente l'état d'esprit de l'entreprise.
