Interview
(Interview mainly conducted in French)
The process consists of 4 rounds (excluding the introductory HR call). Each reviewer gives a grade out of 4, which contributes to the overall score.
1. Technical test – An algorithm coding task to implement asynchronously within 60–90 minutes (2 easy exercises, 1 medium, 1 hard).
2. Technical review – Review of the test with a mobile software engineer, plus questions about past experience and knowledge of the tech stack.
3. Interview with the mobile project manager – Introduction and general questions.
4. Interview with the Lead / VP Engineer – Introduction and general questions.
Candidates are notified a few hours after each round whether they succeeded, and the next round can be scheduled in the following days. The overall process is efficient and transparent, though slightly intense for the interviewee.
