The interview process is great. Despite not being selected after the third interview, I asked for suggestions, but could not get any. Companies such as theirs should at least provide personalized or general feedback.
The interview process was very relaxed with answering typical interview questions in both English and French. The interviewers we're nice and you could tell they enjoy working for this company.

Interview
I had the pleasure of going through the interview process with 360insights, and I must say it was an incredibly seamless and insightful experience. The entire process was well-structured, transparent, and designed to assess both technical and cultural fit. Here’s my feedback on each step:
Step 1: Initial Screening Call From the outset, the initial screening was efficient and informative. The recruiter made sure to provide clear details about the company, the role, and expectations, which made me feel at ease. The conversation was friendly yet professional, allowing me to get a better sense of the team culture at 360insights. It was refreshing to experience such a balanced approach to the first stage of the interview.
Step 2: Technical Interview The technical interview was challenging but fair. The interviewer asked relevant and thoughtful questions that aligned with the role’s requirements, and there was an emphasis on problem-solving and real-world applications. The technical assessment was comprehensive, which gave me a true sense of the challenges I would face in the role, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate my skills. I also appreciated that the team made sure to give constructive feedback, which was encouraging.
Step 3: Final Interview with Leadership The final step was a one-on-one conversation with leadership, which I found to be the most rewarding part of the process. The leadership team was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just a candidate. We discussed long-term goals, values, and how I could contribute to the company’s vision. This conversation solidified my interest in the role and confirmed that 360insights truly values its employees as people.
Overall Experience: The 3-step interview process at 360insights was a perfect balance of assessing qualifications while also showcasing the company’s commitment to culture and growth. I felt respected and valued at each stage of the process, and the transparency from start to finish left me with a positive impression.
