Two interviews took place over a couple of weeks. The first was a task followed by questions from a panel of three people. The second had questions only from a panel of two people.

Question 1
How have you demonstrated a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in a previous role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 38 Degrees
Interview
The interview process involved a task being sent just before the interview and then presenting the task. It was followed up with an on the spot hypothetical situation which had very little guidelines or structure to it. It was then followed with competency based interview questions. The interview process was not inclusive, it was dysfunctional and full of red flags. For an organisation with claims to be an anti-racist organisation, they really struggled to show this in an interview. I would not recommend applying here if you are a person of colour or LGBTQ. I was concerned from the interview that they did not understand diversity and inclusion enough to make the workplace safe for marginalised individuals.

Question 1
Tell us about a campaign you were involved in that you were proud of.
I applied online. I interviewed at 38 Degrees (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Didn't get as far as an interview. 38 Degrees appear to be a company that advertises far and wide for numerous new staff but doesn't even bother to let people know if they have been serious or not. I'd be surprised if the posts are ever even filled. Toxic.
