3CX Partner Relations Manager interview questions

I applied in LinkedIn and a few days after receiving a negative reply I received an email to answer some questions before going on a face to face interview. I did and after that again no reply. Still after many months and knowing the company the job sescription and my experience I can't find a company that I could best fit in.
