Easy going non-stressful environment, Very laid back environment. Person-to-person interview environment. Lasts between 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Asked to fill out some general questions about health and about legal status. Need to bring along all legal documents if asked to fill in questionnaire about being hired immediately

Interview
After applying, an interview was scheduled the following week. After a lengthy wait time my interview was conducted with another applicant, while some were conducted one-on-one. Was told that we would hear from them later in the afternoon for further information. Never heard from them not even an email stating if I was or was not still being considered.

Interview mostly consisted of going over my(our) resume(s) and asking when we would be able to start if hired.

Interview
Process was efficient. Questions were easy and everything was very self explanatory. Applied online and received a phone call the next day. Went in for a interview. Environment was clean, friendly and energetic. They called us in pairs into the office and the manager asked us a few questions about what we would bring to the company if hired, our strengths, weaknesses, how we manage sales goals etc. They called back later that day if you passed and received a second interview. The second interview is when they described what you would be doing. DOOR TO DOOR SALES. I completed the second interview and was offered the position but declined. The pay was merit and commission based. No hourly base. Average $800-$1000 based on your performance and have to do at least 10 sales a week. They also described that they put you on a "probation" period for the first two weeks to see how you do. If you don't do well, they let you go WITHOUT PAY. So you basically risk wasting two weeks of your life for nothing. DON'T APPLY AND DON'T BOTHER ACCEPTING UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND DOING DOOR TO DOOR SALES.
