Interview
We had a video call at 8:30 A.M in teams and talked for about 50 minutes. The director was very nice. Then he said he would get back to me after his vacation. I waited for two months with no news, so I sent an email to ask. And I received a rejection letter later, because they said they could not provide me with a T2 visa.

Interview
It was with the Managing Director, extremely friendly and polite Interview.
The MD was very approachable, seemed very honest and down to earth.
He explained information about the Practice, current projects.
Asked what I had worked on, to express my ideas, feelings, concepts and challenges in projects.
We clicked on immediately, it was easy as one could see compatibility of characters and thoughts.
MD showed me around the Office, it was a brilliant set-up with flying bridges connecting the Lift Core to the Building and a multiple height void of the Entrance.
Would highly recommend it to those keen on this practice.
Received offer at the end of the Interview.
