3Lateral interview questions

The interview was pleasant and well though through. First I got a little introduction and general information about the company, then they asked me to introduce myself and formed their questions based on my introduction and my previous experience. Questions were not generic and were formed in a way in which they can really get to know me and my personality. Interviewers checked my English skills and I had one task that was job-related. All in all it was a pleasant experience in a relaxing atmosphere with friendly people.
