The application process consisted of an initial video transcription. After I filled out that initial application, I was moved to the second stage of the application process, which consists of 5 tests and several very time consuming videos. They tell you to read the lengthy style guide and that they're not expecting perfection during this initial training process. I was terminated by a bot after transcribing my first video during my initial training period. The "mistakes" I was terminated for were minor formatting nitpicks, not spelling/grammatical/accuracy errors. They don't even give you an opportunity to appeal your termination.

I completed an assessment to be considered for this job. It was fairly straightforward, required some concentration. The assement consisted of listening to the audio and transcribing what I heard.
