I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3Q Digital (Charlottesville, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Landed the first interview which was pretty straight forwards asking about my background and relative information. They followed up on this question by asking about the company culture and history.
Very intense interview process - 3-4 rounds of interviews and 2 tests. Questions were relatively basic, with some intermediate questions thrown in. Overall, everyone was very nice and you could tell they wanted you to succeed.

Question 1
Which is more important to you - work life balance or corporate advancement?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 3Q Digital (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone screen, Excel assessment (Pivot tables, vlookup, SEM), Phone interview with Managers/people you would directly be working with. If that goes well they will bring you onsite to their office for a group interview with the people you talked on the phone with and a "Culture interview" with someone from internal marketing. Seemed like they were looking for more of a cultural fit since this was for an entry level position.
