I recently interviewed with 3i infotech and had a promising discussion with their HR team. During the process, they assured me that an offer would be released soon. However, later, they informed me that my profile was put on hold due to budget constraints—despite not even negotiating on the compensation.
It’s surprising that while they seek skilled HR professionals to join their team, they currently lack internal resources who can effectively handle CTC discussions. Transparency and professionalism are key aspects of a strong hiring process, and I hope they work on improving communication and alignment between hiring commitments and budget planning.
