I applied online and received an invite to speak with a senior recruiter via phone. This then led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. After a couple of weeks I was invited for a final in-office interview with three members of the staff.
Every employee I spoke with who actually worked on the client engagement team was fantastic. However, the major lack of communication from the recruiter really soured the interview experience and, to some extent, my view of the company itself. I would have taken a form rejection letter over the complete silence I was met with when trying to followup on whether a decision had been reached. After multiple emails and a phone call to the senior recruiter, I still didn't get a response.
I realize recruiters and hiring coordinators are slammed, making it difficult to respond right away, but a lack of response after a final interview is disrespectful.
