Senior positions within 4D usually involve 2 or 3 rounds of interviews with Directors and on occasion the Chairman, as well as (depending on the position) a written exam too.
I was interviewed by the founding Director David Barker and the Chairman, Keith Bedell-Pearce.
The interview process was friendly and professional and involved questions about my previous experience, what I would do in the first couple of years and what my ambitions were for the longer term.
