Interview
In contrast to the typical company process, the initial interview is conducted with the HR department. Upon successfully clearing the HR interview, the next step involves an interview with the team lead.

The team lead exhibited a lack of friendliness and cooperation, giving the impression that she was disinterested and not approachable.
