Interview
First contact by HR and then a virtual Interviewed by the CEO and an in-person interview with the plant manager.
The plant manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the office staff.

Question 1
With the plant manager, it was questions read from a script.
With the CEO, it was random questions like, if you would pick a role model, who would it be?
