I was referred through an associate followed by take home challenge. The company is big on SQL, asked a lot of questions about SQL. Overall process was smooth, they got back pretty quickly.

Very long interview process that lasts over a month and a half, with a strategic and tactical homework assignment. Several phone screens and in person meetings that seem to be a bit repetitive.

Interview
Met with Sarah to discuss a Customer Success opportunity. She was very prompt in getting back to me after I had applied (same day!) and we were able to schedule a call the same week - awesome! We had an engaging conversation about the company, position, my work experience and the role I was looking for.
At the end of the call we both agreed the current opportunity would not be a good fit, but we would keep in touch.
