500px Software Developer interview questions

Phone screen - standard stuff - can I speak English check, basically. Went over my resume, which I regurgitated to them because they could not read it for themselves. It seemed as if they did not really know what they were doing or looking for, and were having either a hard time finding the skills or the applicants to fill the role. Really odd - did not have any specific knowledge of a specific role or project that they were looking for.
