I was invited to participate in a phone interview and then a zoom call with an existing employee. I was ghosted after these calls and never heard back about my candidacy for the role.

Questions circled topic of generating and increasing sales in an unclear way, which indicated the company was lacking a strategy.

Interview
The interview process was split into three rounds. They response time for next steps we’re swift and efficient. The first two round work zoom interview and the third was with the entire team.
Interviewer reached out via email. I waited for 20 minutes on zoom for the interview and they did not show. Over email the next day I was informed there was an emergency and she rescheduled. After the interview, I was told I would hear back soon but was ghosted.
