7C3 interview questions

There was an initial, informal phone conversation with the head of the people team, followed by an in-person interview and finally a presentation task/final interview. The task was fairly challenging and took a long time to prepare, but it gave a good impression of the day-to-day work involved in the job. There was good communication throughout the interview process and I was made to feel at ease at each stage.
