Most likely dependent on store manager but interview was laid back and getting to know the position which is more or less an hourly workers position filled to have potential workers to have experience to enter actual management roles in the future.

The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.

Easy and very pressure free, Lou was the branch manager and he was very personal and informal. Showed me around the lumbar yard as well which was great to see considering the work environment

A phone interview where its explained everything and to set a person interview next on one of their stores. Mentioned time and salary around 16hr with 40 to 50 hr a week
