The interview process had 5 rounds,
1. with senior manager- relatively simple round where he gauged my key skills and fitment for the role
2. An assignment round
3. Discussion of the assignment with AVP
4. Discussion with HR head
5. Final round with co founder
All the rounds went well. But i feel the co founder lacks empathy and is very judgemental. He will never listen to you and will always try to belittle your achievements and will try to force his opinion on you. Pathetic experience of interviewing the founder. Rest of the team was nice
